Coronavirus Update
We are delighted that our Morning Service takes place every Sunday at 11am in the church building. It is wonderful to be able to meet together for worship in person once again, with everyone adhering to the on-going restrictions and safety measures which continue to be in place. Not everyone, of course, is able to return at present and so it is also a joy to see those who join the Service virtually every week as it is streamed live from the church. We are gradually re-introducing tea/coffee and fellowship following the Service (socially-distanced, of course) and measures have also been put in place to enable the Sunday School to safely resume. The Bible Class continues to meet on-line for the time being. Our Evening Service at 7pm each Sunday is via our virtual platform only at present, as is our weekly Congregational Prayer Meeting on Wednesdays at 7.30pm. This is regularly followed by the Mid-week Fellowship at 8.10pm, when we enjoy Bible Studies or Guest Speakers, including preachers, missionaries or representatives from Christian organisations for example.
We are grateful to God that He has enabled us to hold our Worship Services and Congregational Prayer Meeting live on-line every week since the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic and that we are now able to continue with this hybrid style of church and on-line worship.
For further details of our Services, please see the notices in the local press each week or contact the Church Secretary via telephone, the church email address or the “contact” form on this website.
Should you require pastoral or practical support at any time, please contact the Minister, Session Clerk or your Elder, who will do all they can to help.
The Kirk Session thanks you for your on-going patience and understanding at this time. We pray you will continue to know God’s strength and peace in these difficult days and that He will have mercy on our world and nation as we look to Him in repentance and prayer.
